About the Role
We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and proactive Mass Communication student to join our expanding team. As we grow, we need someone who can take our digital presence to the next level by creating engaging content, managing our community, and helping us reach more patients in Raub and beyond.
You will work closely with our COO and Medical Director to translate clinical expertise into friendly, digestible, and professional digital content.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Script, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos (TikTok/Reels/Lemon8) and design professional posters/graphics using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Social Media Management: Plan and execute a monthly content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, Lemon8 and TikTok.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report monthly engagement metrics (reach, clicks, and leads) to the COO.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to inquiries and comments to maintain a helpful and professional online reputation.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all content adheres to the Ministry of Health (KKM) and Medical Advertising Board (MAB) guidelines.
- Campaign Support: Assist in promoting new clinic services and branch expansion initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Creative Multimedia, or related fields.
- Proficient in video editing apps (CapCut/Premiere Pro) and graphic design tools (Canva/Photoshop).
- Strong command of Bahasa Melayu and English (written and spoken).
- A growth mindsetwilling to learn about the healthcare industry and take initiative.
- Based in or willing to work in Raub, Pahang.
