We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Executive to grow our brand presence and generate leads through digital media. The ideal candidate will design and execute marketing campaigns, create compelling content, and analyze performance across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Post consistently (3–5×/week depending on platform)
- Reply to comments and basic DMs (lead handoff to sales)
2. Content Creation
- Graphic design (posts, stories, carousels)
- AI Image & video generation
- Video editing (Reels, Shorts, YouTube edits, captions, subtitles)
- Repurpose:
- Project site videos → reels
- Testimonials → shorts
- System demos → educational clips
3. Content Planning
- Build and manage a monthly content calendar
- Content mix:
Educational (smart home / office automation)
Project showcases
Before/after visuals
Behind-the-scenes
Offers / announcements
- Align content with your sales goals (leads, meetings, consultations)
4. Marketing Campaign Setup
- Plan and run Meta (FB/IG) ad campaigns
- Basic setup:
- Audience targeting
- Ad creatives
- Copy variations
- Track performance and optimize monthly
Required Skill Set
- Canva / Adobe (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred)
- Short-form video editing (Reels & Shorts focused)
- Content calendar planning
- Meta Ads Manager (basic–intermediate)
- Understanding of branding, visual consistency, and premium positioning
- Proficient in using ChatGPT for content writing, captions, and campaign ideas
- Experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.)
- Experience with AI video tools (Higgsfield, Runway, CapCut AI, etc.)
- Ability to work independently (you won't micro-manage)
- Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
