Plan and execute educational and awareness-driven content tailored for the Malaysian Chinese community and China expatriates.
Drive patient acquisition through targeted campaigns, social media engagement, and strategic partnerships with media.
Analyze digital marketing data and performance metrics to enhance online presence and improve campaign effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement content strategies for Chinese digital platforms, focusing on healthcare awareness, patient education, and brand positioning.
Manage social media accounts, ensuring engaging, high-quality, and compliant content that aligns with the hospital's branding and messaging.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, paid ads, influencer collaborations, community engagement and media partnership.
Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates, adapting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to optimize marketing efforts and expand the hospital's digital presence.
Job Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
Strong knowledge and experience in Chinese social media platforms (Xiaohongshu, Douyin / Baidu) and international platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google).
Excellent content creation skills in Mandarin and English; ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and optimize digital marketing strategies.
Ability to manage partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and healthcare professionals to enhance brand credibility.
