Job Overview

As a Digital Marketing Associate, your primary role is to manage the end-to-end delivery of team outputs. Your work will emphasize leveraging marketing strategies, research, and data-driven analysis, enriched with cloud-based tools, to consistently deliver value to our clients. In this position, you will analyze and investigate accounts flagged by the system, applying sharp problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for excellence in execution.

Job Description

  • Master the request and retrieval of key data points and summaries from a diverse array of research agencies and cloud-based analytics platforms.
  • Comprehend the overarching marketing goals and objectives of research requesters and align outputs accordingly.
  • Identify and activate opportunities for process improvement while incorporating cloud-enabled efficiency strategies.
  • Display proven ability to work autonomously, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks in marketing-related research and operations.
  • Exhibit a fast-learning curve to quickly adapt and evolve with marketing trends and cloud-enriched technologies.
  • Enhance your skillset across a broad spectrum of research tools, including cloud-based solutions, for continuous upskilling and cross-skilling.
  • Collaborate effectively within a high-performance research team while delivering insights that advance digital marketing strategies.
  • Execute thorough data collection and analysis via secondary and cloud-supported research from sources such as industry reports, government publications, market studies, news articles, and more
  • Achieve daily task targets assigned and able to work on a fast-space environment

  • Job Qualifications

  • Seeking for candidates with a Bachelor Degree or higher in Mathematics, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Highly proficient in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Good ability to understand the request

  • Ability to analyze quantitative and/or qualitative data to identify relevant findings.
  • Preferably 1 year experience in Secondary research/ Excel/ Marketing/ Back-end Operations and Digital Marketing domain

  • Aspiration to constantly learn and improve
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
