A premium health brand available in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Its science-developed formulation combines patented ingredients with clinically studied dosages to provide evidence-based support for joint comfort, recovery, and everyday movement.

As part of the marketing team, you will support the growth of both brands through performance marketing, creative execution, and data-driven strategy.

Role Overview

This role focuses on digital marketing growth projects - with the current key focus to drive lead generation, sales, and business growth for BP Chiro and JOINT18 through paid media advertising, creative testing, and data-driven decision-making.

This is a hands-on junior role for someone with less than 2 years of experience, interested in digital advertising, analytics, and growth strategy. You will execute campaigns, analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and turn insights into clear actions across both brands.

Responsibilities

  • You'd be the cool person to support our paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms to generate leads, sales, and measurable business growth.
  • Support team efforts to analyze marketing and sales data using AI-driven dashboards to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Use data-backed insights to Improve performance by testing audiences, budgets, creatives, messaging, landing pages, funnels, and follow-up workflows.
  • Support strategy efforts to consistently improve the customer experience digitally.
  • Recommend which campaigns, audiences, creatives, and channels should be scaled, improved, or stopped.
  • Opportunity to lead the development and filming of marketing materials.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer behaviour to uncover new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Education not so important - we value your talents and values more than anything else.
  • Good grasp of English and Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than two years of experience are strongly preferred as this is a junior role.
  • Strong interest in performance marketing, growth strategy, consumer behaviour, and business development.
  • Wants to learn numbers, spreadsheets, and marketing performance metrics.
  • Comfortable learning AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for research, analysis, and productivity.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, meet timelines, and work independently.
