Role Purpose
The Digital Marketing Executive supports the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across all channels. The role is responsible for driving online brand visibility, consumer engagement, and e-commerce performance through effective campaign execution, content coordination, and performance tracking.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, this role ensures that all digital activities are aligned with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Campaign Execution
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, search (SEM), display advertising, and e-commerce channels.
- Coordinate campaign rollouts in collaboration with internal teams, media agencies, and creative partners.
- Ensure timely delivery of digital assets, including banners, videos, EDMs, and social media content.
- Assist in managing campaign calendars and ensuring alignment with product launches and business priorities.
2. Social Media & Content Management
- Assist in managing brand social media platforms, including content scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
- Work with creative teams to develop engaging digital content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to support content strategy.
- Support influencer and KOL collaborations, including briefing, coordination, and performance tracking.
3. Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Track and report digital campaign performance across key metrics such as reach, engagement, website traffic, and conversions.
- Assist in analyzing data from platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and e-commerce dashboards.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and improve return on investment.
- Support A/B testing and continuous optimization of digital assets, audience targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
4. E-Commerce & Digital Operations
- Support the execution of e-commerce campaigns, including product listings, online promotions, and digital merchandising activities.
- Coordinate with e-commerce partners and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate product information and campaign alignment.
- Monitor online store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
5. Administration & Reporting
- Assist in preparing digital marketing reports and campaign performance summaries.
- Maintain documentation for digital assets, budgets, and campaign tracking.
- Support administrative tasks related to digital marketing operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce.
- Experience within lifestyle electronics, premium consumer brands, retail, luxury, or lifestyle industries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for digital trends, content creation, and consumer behavior.
