Digital Marketing Executive (Facebook)

About the role

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Facebook Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team at EVERY MORNING SDN BHD, located in Simpang Ampat, Penang. This full-time position will play a key role in planning, managing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns to support our overall digital marketing strategy and business growth.

Salary range

RM3,500 RM5,000, commensurate with experience and performance.

What you'll be doing

Plan and execute Facebook advertising campaigns, including copywriting and creative material production.

Manage ad placements and budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable optimization insights.

Manage the company's Facebook page, including regular content posting and audience engagement.

Collaborate with the marketing team on multi-platform brand promotion projects.

What we're looking for

Language required: Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (spoken & written).

Required skills: Facebook Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, Data Analysis, Marketing Strategy, Content Creation

Proven experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns.

Strong skills in copywriting and creative content production.

Ability to analyze and interpret advertising data for optimization.

Familiarity with social media management and audience engagement strategies.

Experience with other platforms (Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) is an added advantage.
