The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional digital marketing strategies aligned with sales and business goals.
  • Manage marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot) to design, run, and track campaigns.
  • Serve as an expert user of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) to segment audiences, manage campaigns, and measure ROI.
  • Drive SEO and social media strategies, ensuring high engagement and visibility across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and post high-impact content that increases brand awareness and generates Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Work closely with the sales team to align digital campaigns with pipeline development and account-based marketing strategies.
  • Oversee and update the company website in collaboration with the Webmaster, ensuring content accuracy, SEO optimization, and consistent branding.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics for all digital channels to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Ideal Profile:

  • Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot).
  • Advanced skills in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media management, SEO, and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage and update company websites, working alongside a Webmaster or IT team.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Flexible to work from both remote/home office and Velgen's regional offices as needed
