Digital Marketing Executive

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field

Strong written and communication skills in English and Mandarin

12 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing

Experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM is an added advantage

Strong understanding of social media platforms

Proficiency in Excel, Canva, graphic illustration, and basic data analysis

Responsibilities:

Content creation, graphic design, and preparation of presentation decks

Ensure brand and event consistency across all online platforms

Provide customer experience and operational support

Handle customer inquiries and reviews

Work closely with operations and legal teams to ensure smooth delivery

Location:

Remote or onsite at Common Ground Penang, Level 2, Moulmein Rise Shoppes, No. 9, Jalan Moulmein, 10350 Penang

Salary: RM4,000 RM4,500 (maximum).
