About the Role
Try & Review is seeking a versatile, trend-savvy Marketing Intern to join our team for 2026. This dynamic role offers hands-on exposure across our business ecosystem, splitting time between driving consumer engagement (B2C) for our product testing community and supporting corporate marketing initiatives (B2B) to showcase our impact to clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. B2C Campaign Operations & Product Sourcing
- Product Sourcing & Listings: Identify, source, and list new brands and products on our platform. Import monthly database of retail giants like Sephora and iHerb to register new inventory.
- Trend Research: Conduct weekly trend sourcing to compile lists of at least 5 trending products across TikTok, beauty/consumer magazines, and digital media.
- Campaign Execution: Support the setup and operational rollout of product test campaigns—including managing both free member test campaigns and premium client-sponsored campaigns.
2. Social Media & Content Localization (French Market Focus)
- B2C Social Media Execution: Draft, localize, and schedule 2 to 3 creative posts per week (absolute minimum of 1 per week) for our Facebook/Instagram/Tik Tok channels in French.
- Translations & Adaptations: Handle core French (FR) translations, content adaptations, and copy tailoring to ensure messaging perfectly hits regional notes.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social channels daily to manage replies, spark conversations, and cultivate a highly engaged user base.
3. B2B Marketing & Brand Representation
- LinkedIn Channels Management: Own the corporate LinkedIn calendar by publishing at least 1 professional post per week, tracking comment replies, and generating performance reports.
- Content Strategy: Write 1 monthly comprehensive marketing theme article for the B2B blog alongside ad-hoc campaign amplification articles.
- Collateral & Case Studies: Collaborate with team members to create ad-hoc data-driven case studies highlighting the success of client campaigns.
4. CRM & Website Maintenance
- Newsletter Preparation: Draft and design targeted newsletter communications tailored separately for our B2C user base and B2B corporate network consumer segments.
- Static Page Upkeep: Perform routine maintenance on core site static pages, keeping our Shopping Guides and Trending Pages updated with current product selections.
- CRM Engagement & Optimization: Execute targeted user engagement and re-engagement flows via modern CRM tactics and utilize Userguiding software to assist on-platform navigation.
Skills & Requirements
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in French: Native or full professional fluency (written and spoken) is required to successfully manage French social media, copywriting, and localizations.
- Good Level of English: Solid working proficiency is required for clear internal alignment, asset reporting, and corporate B2B communications.
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Digital Native: Deeply familiar with social media ecosystems, specifically Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok culture/trends.
Tools & Software: Proactive tech-literacy; experience or quick adaptability with Google Workspace, CRM tools, content platforms, and layout tools is highly valued.
Work Style: Exceptionally organized, capable of executing recurring monthly time-sensitive workflows, and excited to propose new growth ideas.
