Job Description

You'll be the architect of a modern marketing technology ecosystem for our investment banking portfolio.

This is a hybrid technical + marketing role, combining system thinking, automation design, data flow management and communication strategy.

You will manage our CRM platform, integrate with core systems, build automation journeys and ensure clients receive timely, personalised communications across email and messaging channels.

What you'll do

CRM

  • Map the full CRM ecosystem, including internal workflows, external client-facing journeys, integration points, communication touchpoints, data flow diagrams
  • Manage CRM setup, configuration, segmentation, tagging and data governance
  • Integrate CRM with core banking system (Mambu), website forms, analytics tools, email systems and messaging platforms
  • Owner of the website, overseeing structure, journeys, CRM integrations, analytics and automation (excluding content and visual design)
  • Work closely with IT, Customer Service, Operations and Compliance to ensure secure and compliant workflows

Email Marketing + Messaging Channels

  • Develop and execute email campaigns for onboarding, updates, events and client communications
  • Manage messaging via WhatsApp, SMS and other communication channels integrated through CRM
  • Ensure consistent, timely and personalized communication across all touchpoints

Automation & Customer Journey

  • Build end-to-end automation workflows across client lifecycle stages
  • Create dynamic journeys based on behavioural triggers, segmentation or system updates
  • Test, optimize and refine workflows to improve engagement and efficiency

Analytics & Reporting

  • Own dashboard creation for CRM metrics, campaign performance and automation impact
  • Provide monthly CRM insights and actionable recommendations
  • Monitor data quality, consistency and usage across teams

Event support requirement

Because we have a full regional event calendar, you will:

  • Assist in pre + post-event communications via CRM (RSVP journeys, reminders, follow-ups).
  • Travel to Singapore and regional destinations as needed to support onsite coordination.
  • Ensure seamless capture of attendee data and integration into automation workflows.

You'll fit right in if you

  • Have 3-6 years in CRM / marketing ops / MarTech
  • Can figure out APIs & data flows even if you're not a coder
  • Care about clean data and great UX
  • Understand email marketing best practices and messaging channel optimization
  • Are analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Can present complex systems in clear, simple diagrams or frameworks
  • Enjoy the freedom (and chaos) of building processes from zero

Bonus (nice to have)

  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
  • Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia. Fluent in English is a must, not a nice to have.
