about the role
As the leading FMCG marketing recruitment practice at Randstad Malaysia, we have been retained by a premier global Consumer Goods MNC in Kuala Lumpur to source an exceptional Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager where you will drive commercial portfolio value. The position offers a monthly base salary of RM10,000 - RM12,000 alongside fixed monthly allowances and a thirteen-month salary structure.

key responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute integrated digital commerce and marketplace marketing strategies to achieve a one-hundred percent year-on-year online revenue growth target.

  • Direct multi-channel performance marketing campaigns to secure a four-to-six times return on advertising spend through strategic A&P budget optimization.

  • Govern external agency performance across collaborative influencer marketing networks, managing localized KOL, KOC, affiliate programmes, and upcoming livestreaming initiatives.

  • Establish comprehensive team key performance indicators and steer the digital marketing division to maximize brand equity and online marketplace commercial visibility.

  • Analyse consumer data streams and marketplace tracking metrics to optimize online store operations, pricing layouts, and category profitability parameters.

requirements

  • Minimum of five years of commercial execution tenure specializing in digital marketing, brand management, or e-commerce operations within the beauty, personal care, or consumer goods sectors.

  • Proven competency managing major online marketplace platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to drive verifiable online sales revenue growth.

  • Demonstrated experience handling complex external agency partnerships spanning digital media buyers, content creators, and P.R. networks.

  • Technical capability navigating performance marketing tools including Google Ads, Meta Ads, search engine optimisation, and digital analytics platforms.

  • Solid leadership background with documented history setting operational key performance indicators and guiding cross-functional digital marketing teams.
