Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead Niagawan's entry into new markets and lead our marketing execution. This role is both hands-on and strategic: you will take marketing direction and strategy directly from the CEO, then oversee and coordinate the Malaysia marketing team across Facebook and TikTok. If successful, you will transition into a permanent role as Head of Digital Marketing, managing both Malaysia and new markets.

Key Responsibilities

Translate CEO's marketing direction and strategy into actionable campaign plans.

Coordinate Malaysia's digital marketing team members to achieve company goals on Facebook and TikTok:

1.Campaign Specialist

2.Content Writer

3.Video Editors

4.Website & Landing Page Developer

5.TikTok Marketer & Content Creator

6.TikTok Live Host

Work with the Content Writer to develop video scripts and ad copy; evaluate whether content is compelling and aligned with customer pain points.

Ensure scripts and copy use strong hooks, clear messaging, and proven video frameworks.

Launch and optimize paid ads campaigns (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads).

Build and manage lead generation funnels, ensuring cost-effective CPL.

Engage with leads via Messenger/WhatsApp, nurture, and close sales.

Guide customers through onboarding (activation, setup, FAQs), escalating technical issues to HQ.

Conduct market research on SME digital behavior and competitors in target regions.

Prepare weekly reports with clear data on leads, CPL, conversions, and customer feedback.

Job Requirements

Based in Malaysia.

Minimum 45 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, including content creation and paid ads.

Proven track record in Facebook and TikTok lead generation and conversion for SaaS / SME solutions.

Strong ability to evaluate and improve video scripts and ad copy; able to identify customer pain points and strong hooks.

Skilled in content planning and applying video frameworks for short- form social media content.

Competent with video editing tools (CapCut, Canva).

Strong communication skills in English.

Able to take direction from CEO, convert into clear execution plans, and coordinate with multiple team members.

Proactive, creative, and independent problem-solver.
