The Digital Activation Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is responsible for driving measurable engagement, conversions, and brand growth through strategic, integrated 360 digital plans.
Key Responsibilities:
360 Digital Strategy Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, search, email, display, content, and emerging digital channels.
- Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with brand objectives, delivering a consistent and impactful brand experience.
- Identify innovative opportunities to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Lead end-to-end digital campaign planning, including targeting, messaging, creative collaboration, and platform selection.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution across all digital channels.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs and analytics tools.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns for engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for campaign approvals, deliverables, and reporting.
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and outcomes effectively.
Market & Trend Monitoring:
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Recommend innovative approaches and emerging technologies to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
Brand Growth & Activation:
- Drive brand growth by designing and executing innovative digital activation plans.
- Leverage cross-channel strategies to create cohesive, engaging, and measurable brand experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in campaign management or digital activation.
- Proven experience in strategizing and executing 360 digital marketing plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
