Key Duties:

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute the company's digital marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on LinkedIn strategy, content management, and audience engagement. This role includes monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, providing actionable insights, and supporting website management, including SEO and analytics tracking. The manager will work closely with the Head of marketing and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the company's online presence and strengthen brand reputation.

  • LinkedIn Management - Lead and grow the company's LinkedIn presence by strategic planning, content creation, posting, audience engagement, and managing inbound inquiries across digital channels
  • Performance Tracking - Monitor and analyze LinkedIn performance metrics to produce insightful reports and actionable insights that strengthen campaign effectiveness
  • Collaboration & Guidance - Partner with the Head of Marketing to align digital initiatives with communications strategy while offering trend-based recommendations and training on digital marketing best practices
  • Website Support - Assist in coordinating the website revamp project and support ongoing SEO management, including tracking and analysis of website analytics

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing or social media engagement, preferably in an international environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate insights
  • Experience in website management, SEO, EDM campaigns
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Digitally savvy and proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural or international setting
