Key Responsibilities
App Content Management: Update and manage app content using CMS and perform quality checks.
Task & Schedule Management: Execute daily tasks meticulously to ensure all campaign deadlines are met on schedule.
Communication: Provide regular progress updates and communicate effectively with the Japan-based team via chat tools.
Escalation: Promptly flag any irregularities, potential delays, or questions to ensure smooth operations.
Team Support: Support fellow team members during peak periods to ensure overall project success.
Qualifications

Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N2 level or equivalent.
Ability to handle daily conversations and professional communication via chat (reading/writing).
Focus is on accurate understanding of instructions and reporting status rather than mastery of complex honorifics (Keigo).
IT/OA Skills: Proficiency in basic PC operations (Excel, Google Sheets).
Work Ethic: Ability to follow established operational flows and complete tasks steadily and accurately.

Experience living or studying in Japan.
Basic understanding of Web/IT terminology (e.g., HTML/CSS concepts).
