Role Description This full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Sales Specialist role is based in Kuala Lumpur and focuses on the Greater China market. The specialist will engage prospective and existing clients, promote digital marketing solutions, and drive sales performance through consultative selling and data-driven insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, and delivering product presentations tailored to clients in the Greater China region. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to optimize campaign performance, leveraging web analytics and marketing data, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs. The Digital Marketing Sales Specialist is expected to maintain accurate records in CRM tools, achieve sales targets, and communicate effectively in a culturally aware and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and good command of English to serve the Greater China market; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
  • Proven track record in sales or account management, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or technology sectors.
  • Strong customer focus, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience..
