Job Description

We're not hiring someone to manage posts or report impressions. We need someone who owns the full digital lead gen engine — Google Ads, Meta campaigns, SEO, and content — and measures themselves by one thing: qualified leads that turn into revenue.

What You'll Do

•    Run and optimise Google Ads to drive qualified leads at target CPL

•    Manage Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) such as Lead Ads, Click-to-WhatsApp, and conversions

•    Own SEO end-to-end: keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical audits, and content planning

•    Write SEO blog articles, landing page copy, and ad copy that ranks and converts

•    Build Meta audiences, run A/B tests, and optimise continuously for CPL and lead quality

•    Report on leads, CPL, and ROAS together with clear, actionable insights to management

•    Brief our in-house designer on creatives and manage the content calendar independently

What We're Looking For

•    3–5 years in digital marketing with a clear, proven focus on lead generation

•    Hands-on with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager

•    Solid SEO skills: on-page, technical, and content

•    Can write blog articles, ad copy, and landing page copy in clear English

•    Proficient in GA4, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite

•    Bonus: Meta CAPI, CRM integration, Google or Meta certification
