Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to manage our digital marketing across multiple platforms. Successful candidate will be responsible for content creation, social media management, targeted digital campaigns, and lead management to support student recruitment and brand visibility.

Job Duties

  • Create engaging digital content (posts, captions, visuals, short videos) for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Plan and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with institutional campaigns, intakes, and events.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of social media accounts.
  • Execute selective and targeted postings based on states/regions, demographics, countries and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and respond to enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Lead Generation & Management
  • Digital Campaigns & Analytics
  • Assist in planning and executing paid and organic digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Prepare basic performance reports (reach, engagement, leads, conversions).
  • Work closely with internal departments (Admissions, Academics, Events) for campaign content.
  • Support marketing activities such as open days, roadshows, and institutional announcements.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related work experience
  • Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Good copywriting skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
