Role Overview: Responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive user engagement, and support user acquisition for our social app.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XHS, etc.)
- Manage brand presence and create brand awareness accross platforms
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedule
- Monitor and engage with user comments, messages, and brand mentions across platforms
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize performance
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, features, and best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals
- Work with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for social posts
- Implement social listening strategies to understand user sentiment and identify opportunities
- Manage and grow our social media community through creative engagement tactics
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving engagement
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences
- Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing for social content creation
- Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and best practices
- Up-to-date understanding of algorithm changes across major social platforms
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to think outside the box
- Portfolio of successful social media campaigns is a plus
