Position: Sales And Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MYT (Monday–Friday)
Language: Japanese( Able to read ,write and Speak)
Job Overview:
- This role involves conducting cold calls to advertisers who are running paid ads on social media platforms, with the objective of increasing their advertising spend through cross-selling.
- Your responsibility will be to proactively reach out via cold calls to understand their challenges, assess whether they are utilizing the platform effectively, and identify opportunities to enhance their social media operations.
- Based on these discussions, you will propose solutions in follow-up engagements.
- Where appropriate, you will also recommend upgrading their plans to increase their overall spending.
- This role combines elements of both sales and customer support.
- Therefore, we are looking for individuals who possess strong negotiation skills, persistence, and logical communication abilities.
