We are seeking a fun and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to support our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across digital channels. This role requires hands-on experience in campaign execution, content creation, and performance optimisation. You will work closely with the Marketing Team to turn marketing strategies into impactful, measurable results.
*Note that this is a junior marketing role, with Hybrid work arrangements at our KL office.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the marketing team to translate high-level strategies into actionable digital marketing plans.
- Execute marketing campaigns aimed at brand positioning and high-quality lead generation.
- Conduct regular market and competitor research to uncover tactical opportunities.
- Plan, manage, and optimise multi-channel social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Xiaohongshu).
- Analyse campaign performance and leverage insights to improve engagement, targeting, and ROI.
- Create digital content including graphics, promotional materials, and marketing collateral and ensures that is consistent with company branding and direction.
- Develop and manage digital initiatives that attract, nurture, and convert high-quality leads.
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements for better conversion rates.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Mailchimp, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong graphic design skills and ability to produce visually compelling content.
- Good understanding of digital content, audience engagement, and campaign optimisation.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Experience in community management (online communities, social groups, customer engagement platforms) is an added advantage.
