Role Description (Infinix Brand)

1. Digital Campaign Execution

Support always-on digital campaigns and new product launch initiatives across socialplatforms in alignment with HQ media strategies. Assist local marketing managers with campaign execution and coordination.

2. HQ Collaboration & Data Support

Collaborate closely with HQ teams to implement digital campaigns, track KPI performance, and ensure smooth and efficient execution processes. Provide campaign

data and insights to support Data Center functions and improve media efficiency.

3. Media Planning & Optimization

Develop, execute, and optimize media plans across platforms such as TikTok, Meta(Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other major digital channels based on campaignobjectives.

4. TikTok Ads Management

Manage branding, performance, and KOL/content campaigns. Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads is required. Familiarity with TikTok Shop (TTS) and GMV Max campaigns is highly preferred.

5. Multi-Platform Coordination

Support additional media channels including OTT, local apps, and other digital platforms while ensuring campaign consistency with HQ strategy and timely

execution.

6. Market Trend Monitoring

Stay active on local social platforms and keep up with market trends, viral content, and youth audience behavior.

7. Audience & Creative Insight

Understand local market and audience needs, especially among younger consumers. Differentiate between branding and performance campaign objectives and provide practical creative direction to design and content teams.

8. Performance Analysis

Monitor campaign performance regularly, conduct data analysis, and deliver actionable insights to improve future campaign effectiveness and media ROI.

Job Requirements

1. Language Skills

Proficient in English and Mandarin as a working language with good communication, reading, writing, and presentation skills.

2. Platform Knowledge

Familiar with major digital and social platforms including TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and Google.

3. TikTok Experience

Experience with TikTok trends, TikTok Shop (TTS), GMV Max, e-commerce campaigns, or performance optimization is a strong plus.

4. Work Attitude

Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and process-driven with strong execution capabilities.

5. Multitasking Ability

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.

8. Travel Flexibility

Willing to travel occasionally for business needs or regional marketing activities
