Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the Company's digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales performance across all digital channels.
The role requires strong expertise in performance marketing, digital advertising, lead generation strategies, marketing analytics, and social media management. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Operations, and Management teams to develop data-driven marketing campaigns that support the Company's business objectives and vehicle sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the Company's business goals.
Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Create and execute campaigns to generate qualified sales leads for vehicle sales, financing, insurance, after-sales services, and promotional events.
Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve lead generation and conversion targets.
Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and customer segmentation strategies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including:
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Conversion Rate
Lead Quality Metrics
Perform A/B testing on advertisements, landing pages, creatives, and marketing funnels.
Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Social Media Management
Manage and maintain the Company's social media platforms.
Develop content calendars and coordinate marketing campaigns with internal stakeholders.
Monitor audience engagement and respond to customer inquiries where necessary.
Identify emerging digital trends and opportunities to enhance online presence.
Website & SEO Management
Manage website content and ensure information remains accurate and up-to-date.
Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms to track campaign performance.
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for management review.
Make data-driven recommendations to improve marketing outcomes.
Ensure all digital marketing materials are aligned with the Company's brand identity and messaging.
Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, content creators, and external vendors where applicable.
Support the planning and execution of automotive events, vehicle launches, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing and Paid Media Management.
Experience managing advertising budgets and lead generation campaigns.
Experience within the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Proven ability to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns.
Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, pixel implementation, and remarketing strategies.
Experience with CRM systems and lead management processes is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
