Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing fintech team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has hands-on experience scaling digital campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
You will play a key role in driving user acquisition, app growth, brand visibility, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing strategies and creative campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across:
· Manage and optimise app store marketing campaigns for both:
· Develop and execute SEO and ASO strategies to improve:
· Create and manage high-performing growth campaigns across social media and digital channels
· Work closely with designers, product teams, and management to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
· Monitor campaign performance and produce actionable reports and insights using analytics tools
· Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, ad copy, and user funnels to improve campaign efficiency
· Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging growth opportunities
· Support brand-building initiatives and help grow Vell's digital presence globally
Requirements
· Minimum 5+ years of digital marketing experience
· Proven hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across:
· Strong understanding of:
· Experience with Apple Search Ads and Google Play Store marketing
· Strong knowledge of SEO and ASO best practices
· Ability to analyse campaign data and make data-driven decisions
· Experience using analytics and tracking tools such as:
· Excellent project management and communication skills
· Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
