Job Description
As a Digital Media Executive, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns across multiple platforms. Working within the media team, you will assist to drive performance and deliver results for clients.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns, and strong client relation skills. You will contribute to campaign success through careful execution, reporting, and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and monitoring paid media campaigns across different platforms to achieve campaign objectives such as brand awareness, user acquisition, conversions and more.
- Develop media plans and proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client objectives.
- Implement campaign strategies under guidance from senior team members and ensure correct backend setups.
- Conduct regular campaign performance checks and provide reports with actionable insights.
- Support AB testing and other optimization initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Keep up-to-date with digital media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate across departments (Creative, Account Management, Data & Analytics, etc)to ensure campaigns are visually and contextually effective.
- Responsible for client communications, including preparing presentations, reports, and updates for meetings, including running the meetings and managing the client.
- Support ad hoc tasks and hands-on execution across campaigns as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaigns, budgets, and results.
Requirements / Qualifications
Experience
- 1 3 years of experience in digital media and/or performance marketing.
Hard Skills
- Proven, hands-on experience with paid media platforms:
- Required Platform Expertise
- Google Ads (SEM, GDN, YT, PMAX, etc)
- Meta Ads
- DV360 / Programmatic
- CM360
- Preferred Platform Expertise (in addition to above)
- TikTok Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Ability to analyse and optimise campaigns, picking out behavioural trends, user patterns, identify gaps to close and opportunities to capitalise on.
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking, analytics, and reporting tools.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- You are expected to be able to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, obtaining buy-in as needed.
- Client Management Skills
- You are the subject matter expert - You know how to handle clients at their best and worst, handle expectations, and crisis manage.
