As the Insurance Business Operations Manager, you will oversee insurance partnership projects, ensuring seamless project delivery and post-launch operations.
This role requires strong project management skills, bilingual proficiency, and expertise in data analysis and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Case Development:
- Lead market research and collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and develop operation strategic plans.
- Develop business cases, including project opportunity projections and campaign budgeting models.
2. Project Management:
- Lead insurance partnership delivery projects, coordinating with digital product, tech, internal corporate functional teams and partner teams.
- Develop and manage project timelines, operational initiatives, operate user growth campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Work with tech teams to integrate insurance products into digital platforms with all parties
3. Post-Launch Operations:
- Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback for improvements.
- Lead issue resolution and performance optimization post-launch.
- Govern monthly finance reconciliation and settlement processes with insurerance partners
4. User Growth & Marketing:
- Design and implement campaign strategies to attract and retain users through digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze user behavior in data driven approach to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 35 years in project management, online insurance, or digital partnership operations, campaign management, including experience in insurance marketplace product operations
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Soft Skills: Growth mindset, adaptability, project management, communication and negotiation skills, attention to details
- Experience in digital marketing or insurance distribution on large digital platforms
- Advanced technical skills, including SQL and data visualization tools.
- Experience in user acquisition and growth strategies for motor and travel insurance products in Southeast Asian markets.
