Job Summary:
We are seeking talented and driven individuals to join our team as Digital Performance
Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing
campaigns, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to our clients. You will work
closely with a team of specialists, employ your expertise in various ad platforms (Facebook,
Instagram, TikTok, Google, Shopee, Lazada), Google Analytics, to make data-driven
decisions to maximize campaign performance and bring growth for clients businesses.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including
- Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels, ensuring they align with
- clients marketing objectives.
- Utilize your expertise in Google Analytics to track, analyze, and report on campaign
- performance, identifying areas of improvement and actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique marketing needs, provide
- strategic advice, and deliver campaigns that align with their goals and objectives.
- Monitor campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and optimize ads to achieve optimal
- ROI.
- Perform thorough analysis of campaign data, including user behavior, conversion
- rates, and customer demographics, and provide actionable recommendations to
- optimize performance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to showcase campaign
- performance, highlight key insights, and communicate results to clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best
- practices, and apply them to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and
- development, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and deliver exceptional
- client experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on Google
- & Facebook Ads.
- Proficiency in setting up and optimizing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and
- Facebook Ads.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and the ability to derive meaningful insights
- from campaign data.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to sort data, identify trends, and make
- data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with
- clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and
- deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing
- priorities and business needs.
- Passion for digital marketing, staying up to date with the latest trends and
- technologies in the industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar fields. (Not necessary but
- preferred.
