Digital Producer (Videographer)

Responsibilities:
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Use AI-based tools (e.g. Runway, Pika Labs, Descript, Synthesia, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.) to create and optimize content
- Repurpose raw footage and creative assets into engaging video formats tailored for different channels
- Collaborate with the strategy and design teams to align videos with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
- Continuously research video trends, audio styles, transitions, and visual effects to keep content fresh and relevant
- Manage post-production workflow, including sound design, subtitles, motion graphics, and optimization for platforms
- Assist with organizing video libraries and maintaining efficient content folders
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Comms, Design, Multimedia, Film, Digital Media, or related field (or strong portfolio equivalent)
- 12 years of hands-on video editing or content creation experience (internships and freelance work welcome)
- Proficient in video editing software (DaVinci, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or equivalent)
- Familiar with AI-based video and content tools (you don't need to know them all, but must be curious and willing to learn fast)
- Understanding of storytelling for digital channels
- Strong eye for design, timing, rhythm, and sound
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a dynamic, creative environment
- Experience with motion graphics or basic animation
- Prior content creation for brands or client campaigns
- Basic scripting or voiceover experience using AI
- Familiarity with analytics tools to review content performance
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration
