We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of digital solutions that enhance our ecosystem of employees, customers, and partners. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and execution across the full product lifecycle (from user research and roadmap planning to launch, adoption, and iteration)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the entire product lifecycle: define vision, conduct market/user research, develop strategies and roadmaps, and align stakeholders.
- Lead product design, prototyping, sprint planning, and delivery with cross-functional teams.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, backlogs, and feature prioritisation to ensure timely, quality delivery.
- Oversee testing, rollout, communication, and change management to ensure successful adoption and high user satisfaction.
- Monitor product performance, define success metrics, and drive continuous improvements.
- Support commercialization efforts including business planning, costing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Contribute to building product development processes and supporting systems.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with broader digital transformation goals.
- Recruit and manage talent as needed to support product initiatives.
Requirement:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
- Experience working in an agile / scrum development process
- Hands-on experience working with project / document management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint
- Hands-on experience with UI/UX design / wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, Marvel)
- Practical knowledge of technical & data architectures, and being able to articulate their potential impact to product design
- Solid knowledge of core business processes (e.g., sales, supply chain management, finance)
- Must be willing to working inSeri Kembangan, Selangor
