Our client, a leading global IT consulting firm, are supporting a global insurance organization undergoing a customer servicing and core capability transformation, focused on harmonizing customer-facing servicing journeys within a global insurance mobile app.
They are looking for a product owner to drive the execution and harmonization of customer-centric servicing journeys within our global insurance servicing mobile app. This hands-on role is responsible for coordinating and providing requirements, ensuring product consistency across all countries, and delivering localizations that address country specific regulatory, operational, and customer needs. The Capability Lead will also design and deliver data and analytics solutions, ensuring post-launch enhancements are data-driven and rooted in usage analytics.

Profile Requirements
- Experience
- 12+ years of experience in product ownership or product management for B2C mobile applications
- Minimum 5+ years in Life or Health Insurance, with strong exposure to servicing journeys and core transformation
- Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programs with significant budgets
- Strong execution track record across requirements, solutioning, testing & release
- Skills & Knowledge
- Deep understanding of mobile app ecosystems (iOS/Android), app-store governance, and analytics
- Working knowledge of APIs, authentication, payments/collections, notifications, and regulated customer communications
- Familiarity with SQL, data models, and BI tools
- Proficiency with:
- Product tools: Jira, Confluence (or equivalent)
- Design tools: Figma (or equivalent)
- Analytics tools: Google Analytics, Mixpanel
- Data visualization: Tableau, Power BI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable operating in globally distributed teams
