Job Description:
Merchant / Partner Acquisition & Growth
- Build and close a pipeline of service merchants and aggregators to expand E-Voucher assortment (hunt, pitch, negotiate, onboard).
- Identify high-impact verticals and brands to prioritise (brand pull & new user appeal).
Commercial Negotiation & Monetisation
- Negotiate commission rates, funding, and campaign mechanics to improve unit economics while scaling GMV.
- Secure additional value from partners (marketing funds, joint promos, exclusives, bundles).
Launch & Execution
- Own end-to-end launch: deal structure, voucher setup, redemption flow, partner SOP, and go-live readiness.
- Ensure commercial terms and commission rates are accurate and reflected in backend systems.
Performance Management & Cross-functional Execution
- Track partner performance and surface actionable insights (growth opportunities, risks, churn signals).
- Translate business needs into clear briefs for internal teams (Marketing, Ops, Product) and drive timelines.
Requirements:
- Degree preferred strong candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
- 2-4 years in BD / partnerships / account management (e-commerce, consumer services, F&B, lifestyle platforms, fintech, telco, agencies).
- Proven ability to sell, negotiate, and close comfortable with outreach and follow-ups.
- Strong commercial judgement: understands margin, pricing, ROI, and can manage trade-offs.
- Solid working knowledge of Excel/Sheets and basic reporting.
- Self-starter with grit: can operate independently, handle ambiguity, and move fast.
