Digital Solutions & Requirements Specialist / Digital Wealth COE

The Digital Solutions & Requirements Specialist is responsible for partnering with stakeholders across Tribes, COEs, and business/product units to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear, comprehensive requirements and solution definitions. The role ensures that digital initiatives are holistically scoped, functionally defined, and documented in robust Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), enabling seamless alignment with Technology and effective downstream delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

•Lead the implementation of digital wealth initiatives from build through to deployment.

•Engage stakeholders across Tribes, COEs, Business segments, Product teams, Operations, Compliance, and frontline teams to understand business needs and pain points.

•Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather detailed requirements.

•Define end-to-end solution scope, covering workflows, system interactions, and user journeys.

•Analyze and translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.

•Produce high-quality BRDs capturing business objectives and scope, Detailed functional requirements, Process flows and user journeys, Data and integration requirements.

•Work with UX/UI teams to develop wireframes and experience flows where required.

•Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned across channels (mobile, web, RM tools).

Requirements:

•Minimum 5 years in finance industry with experience in digital initiatives / project management.

•Strong business analysis and requirements gathering expertise.

•Ability to translate complex business needs into structured documentation.

•Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

•Good understanding of customer journeys and digital platforms.

•Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

•Experience in wealth management or financial services preferred.
