Digital Specialist (E-Mail Marketing)

We are currently looking for an Digital Specialist with e-mail marketing experience to join our team. The working hour of this role is in CET.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating e-mail newsletters and delivering reports (with various software)
• Monitoring the campaigns, the information on the websites with regular quality checks
• Communicating with clients on; planning, creating, editing and publishing the source
• Can be the first point of contact or coordinator for any given project/task
• Dealing with increasingly complex operational topics requiring extended hands-on experience
• Using complex data, tools, and technology to perform non-routine tasks;
• Can be the first point of contact/coordinator for small to mid-scale projects
• Managing juniors time if required
• Guiding juniors for execution if required
• Dealing with complex segment and lead data
• Activation of complex Marketing Automation Campaigns
• Managing one's own time and reporting accordingly
• Document creation for standard tasks/services

Marketing Automation

• Gathering the input from the customers, helping them where necessary
• Creating e-mail newsletters, preparing a list of subscribers for email marketing
• Uploading and updating email newsletters (via the internal/external software tools)
• Creating segmentation & campaign flows based on the briefing from the clients

QUALIFICATIONS

• Vocational / BA / BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Have at least two years of experience in digital services
• Experienced in HTML/CSS, digital campaign and project execution
• Keen interest in internet / web and willingness to specialize in digital marketing
• Strong results oriented and decision making skills
• Proficient in computer usage; internet / web browsers and MS Office applications
• In-depth understanding of Digital Marketing
