Job Description
As a Digital Strategist, you are responsible to develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms and channels, identifying the right target audiences throughout the customer journey to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Also:
- Lead and support website-focused digital campaigns (brand.com), ensuring initiatives are optimised for traffic growth, user experience, lead generation, and business performance objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to regional and local clients, providing digital consultation, brand governance, and best practice guidance while ensuring alignment with brand standards and marketing objectives.
- Manage performance-driven campaigns for automotive brands, leveraging data, analytics, and consumer insights to optimise campaign effectiveness, conversions, and sales outcomes.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams including account, media, creative, and production teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery.
- Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations through tools such as Google Analytics and other tracking platforms; experience in HTML, website audits, security reporting, and digital compliance is an added advantage.
The Successful Applicant
As a successful applicant, you should come with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, or agency environments.
- Proven experience across the digital marketing ecosystem, including performance marketing, CRM, social media, programmatic advertising, website marketing, and integrated campaign planning.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing regional or APAC campaigns, providing strategic consultation, and working closely with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analytics and campaign performance optimisation, with hands-on experience using web analytics and reporting tools to drive insights, conversions, and business results.
- Experience in a B2C agency environment with end-to-end campaign ownership, coupled with strong project management, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), website audits, SEO, and digital governance is an advantage.
