Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Kuala Lumpur at PAYOK. As a key element in our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing important digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions within the payment gateway industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage content optimization to improve Telegram and Discord channels performance and support the sales team in business cycle.
- Analyze digital ads campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports to measure ROI, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials on Telegram and Discord.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing technologies, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.
- Engage with customers and prospects via Telegram and Discord channels to foster community and brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (1+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in the fintech or payment gateway sector.
- Strong understanding of content marketing and social media strategies, with the knowledge of AI content tools/models usage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin (Chinese).
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Have a relatively strong passport that won't stop us to make you travel to key countries together and be able to support the team in physical event/exhibition vendor on-site if needed.
Important Notes/Requirements:
- Proven experience in Telegram and Discord community management
- Must be able to fluently utilize both English and Mandarin (Chinese) in marketing purposes
