We're looking for a Digital Transformation Lead to drive ParagonCorp's digital transformation journey. In this role, you'll lead the integration of digital strategy across brands, channels, technology, CRM, content, and media—ensuring every initiative works together to accelerate business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do
- Define and drive ParagonCorp's digital transformation strategy across brands, marketing, CRM, media, content, and digital operations.
- Lead enterprise-wide digital initiatives, ensuring alignment between business priorities, customer needs, and digital capabilities.
- Build and scale a strong digital content ecosystem that supports multiple brands, audiences, and channels.
- Guide and mentor Digital Strategists to develop integrated, data-driven marketing strategies.
- Transform consumer, commerce, and marketing insights into actionable digital growth opportunities.
- Partner with platforms, technology providers, agencies, and creator ecosystems to strengthen ParagonCorp's digital capabilities.
- Drive digital governance by aligning cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring seamless execution across teams.
- Continuously improve digital performance by optimizing ROI, operational efficiency, and marketing effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 8-10 years in digital agencies, creative agencies, digital-first brands, or corporate digital transformation.
- Strong experience leading enterprise or large-scale digital transformation initiatives across multiple brands or business units.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM, media, content strategy, analytics, marketing technology, and customer experience.
- Proven ability to develop integrated digital strategies that connect marketing, technology, data, and business objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and driving organizational change.
