Direct Sales Executive (Cards)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Direct Sales Executive (Cards) role based in Johor Bahru.
The Direct Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling AEON Credit card products directly to customers through field activities, roadshows and designated channels. The role involves engaging potential customers, explaining card features and benefits, conducting basic eligibility assessments, and assisting with application completion and documentation.
The Direct Sales Executive will follow up on leads, maintain strong relationships with customers and work towards achieving individual sales targets.
The role also includes staying informed about current promotions, compliance requirements, and product updates while providing feedback from the market to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse customers, explain product features clearly.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales abilities, including target-driven selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in a direct sales or field-based environment.
• Candidates should possess basic Finance knowledge to understand credit card products, repayment structures, and responsible lending principles.
• Relevant experience in retail banking, credit cards, or consumer finance is an advantage, but motivated individuals with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum education level of SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields are an added advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required, and comfortable with outdoor and mall-based sales activities.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language abilities are beneficial in serving a broader customer base.
