Role Description
This full-time position as a Direct Sales Executive (Cards) is an on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. The role entails promoting and selling credit cards, building strong customer relationships, driving product awareness, and meeting sales targets. The Direct Sales Executive will engage with customers, identify their financial needs, and provide solutions in line with the company's offerings. Collaboration with the team and adherence to high customer service standards are key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and address customer needs effectively
- Strong Sales skills, including the ability to achieve set targets and promote financial products
- Understanding of Finance and Insurance products to guide customers accurately and responsibly
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in sales or financial services is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
