The
Director - Accounts Payable will lead a multi-functional Global Service Center, driving operational excellence and digital transformation across a team of 50–100 professionals. This role serves as the primary bridge between global stakeholders and the delivery team, ensuring that financial processes are best-in-class and scalable.
Serve as the primary liaison for global executives and regional heads to align SSC delivery with corporate strategy and maintain high satisfaction levels across international markets.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all shared service functions to ensure that Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements are consistently met or exceeded.
Direct and mentor a professional team ranging from 50 to 100 members while fostering a high-performance culture and scaling operations to meet evolving global business needs.
Maintain rigorous oversight of all shared service activities to ensure full compliance with global regulatory standards, internal controls, and corporate policies across different jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience within a Shared Service Center (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) environment, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Extensive hands-on technical proficiency with major ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle Fusion, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential for driving process efficiencies.
- Successful track record in managing complex, multi-time-zone stakeholder relationships and navigating diverse cultural and regulatory business landscapes is required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively influence C-suite executives and motivate a large, diverse workforce.
