- introduce new way to auction activity (Phase 1 is appointment of Auction REA)

- Strategic Programme with Auction Houses (NEW)
MANAGEMENT REPORTING AND CONTROLS
- Liaison with GRM on PMR, PACR, Thematic review on segmentation and other tracking to support business quality and maximizing Portfolio's business health.
