口 About the Role

Dynaciate, a member of the TECO Group, is seeking an experienced and strategic Finance & Corporate Services Director to lead the company's overall corporate management platform and drive organizational excellence during its next phase of growth.

Reporting to the CEO, this position serves as a key member of the leadership team and will be responsible for Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Administration, Document Control and Corporate Governance functions.

口 Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Administration, and Document Control functions.
  2. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and business performance analysis.
  3. Ensure compliance with financial, tax, statutory, employment, and corporate governance requirements.
  4. Strengthen internal controls, policies, processes, and corporate governance practices.
  5. Partner with business leaders to support operational growth, project execution, and organizational development.
  6. Act as the key liaison with TECO HQ on financial, HR, and corporate matters.
  7. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, legal counsel, and regulatory authorities.

口 Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  3. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  4. Proven experience leading Finance and Corporate Services functions.
  5. Experience in EPC, Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Data Center-related industries.
  6. Listed company or multinational company experience is highly preferred.
  7. Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
