Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term vision and growth strategy for all F&B operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Hands-On Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations with active involvement to ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and consistent quality across all outlets.
- Revenue Growth & Marketing: Drive top-line growth through innovative marketing strategies, menu development, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Business Expansion: Identify and execute opportunities for new outlets, partnerships, and market entry, supporting sustainable business growth.
- Brand & Market Leadership: Strengthen the company's market position through brand development, differentiation, and enhanced customer experiences.
- Executive Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing teams; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Compliance & Risk Oversight: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, regulatory, and quality standards across all operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with investors, board members, suppliers, and strategic partners to advance business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
- 812 years of senior leadership experience in F&B management.
- Proven track record in driving business growth, operational excellence, and profitability.
- Strong strategic, financial, and operational acumen with the ability to translate vision into results.
- Demonstrated leadership in building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Deep expertise in food safety, quality standards, service excellence, and emerging hospitality trends.
