Director of Partnership Sales , XXX
We are looking for a Director of Partnership Sales - with significant experience generating new enterprise business through alliances and channel partners and growing the partner ecosystem.
The Alliances and Channels organization is InsureMO's (PaaS for the insurance industry) key lever to creating outsized value and scale in the market through joint sales capabilities and transformative offerings with partners that drive opportunities at pace.
With overall responsibility for our partner go-to-market strategy, joint sales execution, joint differentiated offerings execution, joint delivery, and partner awareness, training and enablement, we are energizing a vibrant partner community that accelerates the realization of our customers business and technology transformations.
Descriptions:
This role is responsible for developing new OEM relationships, managing existing partner relationships, and working in conjunction with the Direct Sales team.
· Sell InsureMO components to Insurance application providers
· Establish and drive OEMs and Technology partnerships powered by InsureMO APIs
· Demonstrated success in building and scaling partnerships with GSIs in India.
· Develop joint business territory plans with existing GSI partners and achieve allocated targets
· Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through joint selling initiatives, account mapping, and field alignment with Sales
· Work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders to leverage, partner enablement, services and customer success on messaging, methodology and best practices
Qualifications:
· 10+ years of working experience in driving Partnerships or Channel sales within the BFSI industry. PaaS, APIs, and InsurTech industry experience is highly preferred.
· Mandatory working experience with Global System Integrators and Consulting firms (preferably with any of the Big 4s) in India for an InsurTech product company
· Exceptional track record of leveraging a partner ecosystem to close deals.
· Negotiate commercial terms, partnership models, and revenue-sharing agreements in coordination with legal and finance teams.
· Demonstrable history of setting up partner networks, scaling them up to a substantial revenue for the organization.
· Exceptional presentation, networking, and stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to influence at the CxO level
· Understand and do what it takes to execute in a rapidly growing and changing environment, with an entrepreneur mentality.
