This is a full-time, on-site position located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Director of Ecommerce will oversee the strategic direction and operations of the ecommerce department, focusing on driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and optimizing the ecommerce platform. The role includes responsibilities such as analyzing market trends, implementing effective ecommerce strategies, managing online sales performance, leading a team, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business goals. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring efficient operations and staying ahead of industry trends.

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in E-business and E-Commerce, including platform management, online sales strategies, and digital marketing.
• Experience in Sales, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth and understanding customer behaviors.
• Leadership and Team Management skills to effectively guide, motivate, and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of emerging ecommerce technologies and tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
