Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B industry, in an upscale, themed fine dining environment.
  • Proven experience in food and beverage industry particularly fine dining
  • Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to make proactive, data-driven decisions to improve operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, delegation, and team development capabilities to foster a high-performance, service-oriented culture.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to manage staff and guest relations effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive profitability.
  • High level of professional integrity and attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining brand standards in ambiance, service, and compliance.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Able to work independently while leading a diverse team in a fast-paced, dynamic outlet environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service, brand standards, and venue presentation.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, including safety checks and cash handling.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage outlet teams; plan shifts and manpower deployment.
  • Monitor sales, labour costs, and operating expenses; provide performance updates to management.
  • Work with marketing teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and events.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure all licenses, hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements are fully complied with.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, landlords, and authorities to support operations.
  • Support menu quality, consistency, and new outlet setup when required.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the General Manager.
