Your new role

As Director of Growth & Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the organization's expansion strategy. This includes developing strategic alliances, enhancing brand visibility, and building relationships with universities, corporates, and public sector entities. You'll lead a high-performing team and collaborate across divisions to deliver sustainable growth and regional impact.

What you'll need to succeed

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in a senior leadership role, ideally in financial services or professional bodies.
  Also open to candidates from an education background.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders across sectors and influence at senior levels.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.

• Strategic thinking, integrity, and a track record of leading successful growth initiatives.
