JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a Director of Innovation to lead the execution of Triton's innovation portfolio across IT, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence. This role is responsible for transforming innovation strategy into scalable, secure, and commercially impactful systems that enhance tournament operations, player experience, content production, and long-term business growth. Over time, the role will expand into external innovation and monetizable technology initiatives that strengthen Triton's market leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Innovation Portfolio Leadership:

• Consolidate IT, Automation, and AI initiatives into a unified innovation roadmap aligned with Triton's business strategy.
• Design and operate Triton's innovation lifecycle from ideation to production deployment.
• Ensure innovation investments deliver measurable operational, commercial, and brand impact.

Enterprise Systems & Technology Strategy:

• Own the architecture, scalability, and reliability of Triton's technology ecosystem.
• Lead system modernization, cloud strategy, cybersecurity posture, and data infrastructure.
• Drive integration across tournament operations, broadcast, marketing, finance, and partnerships.

Automation & Process Transformation:

• Identify and deploy automation across high-volume, high-impact workflows.
• Establish automation standards, governance, and ROI measurement.
• Reduce manual workload, operational risk, and execution friction across departments.

Artificial Intelligence Enablement:

• Lead enterprise AI adoption for:

○ Content creation and production workflows

○ Tournament analytics and performance intelligence

○ Player experience personalization

○ Internal decision intelligence

• Establish responsible AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

Delivery, Governance & Risk Management:

• Implement innovation governance, data security, and AI ethics frameworks.
• Manage vendor selection, performance, and commercial negotiations.
• Ensure all systems meet regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.

External Innovation & Monetization (Phase 2):

• Identify, incubate, and scale externally-facing technology initiatives that generate new revenue streams or strategic partnerships.
• Develop business cases for platform products, data services, fan engagement tech, or industry tools.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 12+ years in technology leadership, digital transformation, innovation, or systems architecture.
• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise systems at scale.
• Strong track record in automation, AI deployment, and operational transformation.
• Experience in sports, media, entertainment, hospitality, gaming, or high-performance environments is a strong advantage.
