Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the hotel's commercial marketing & communications strategy, driving demand across Rooms, F&B, and Leisure.
- Partner closely with Sales, Revenue, and Regional Marketing to deliver annual marketing plans and manage A&BP budgets.
- Oversee brand communications, PR, media relations, and crisis communications, acting as key spokesperson when required.
- Drive content marketing initiatives, including photography, video, social media, EDMs, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with Regional Digital Marketing to optimise AON strategies (search, display, meta) and brand.com performance.
- Manage and enhance the hotel's online reputation, including guest reviews and social media engagement.
- Lead influencer marketing, partnerships, and award submissions aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing Marketing & Communications team, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Director of Marketing & Communications or in an equivalent role, preferably within luxury hospitality.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media performance analytics.
- Proven experience in PR, media relations, and crisis communications.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Creative, commercially driven, and highly results-oriented.
- Knowledge of the local market, media landscape, and consumer trends is an advantage.
