- Responsible for leading and supervising the teams of admin, customer service, finance, and human resources in daily operations;
- Collaborating with top management, including taking instructions from and providing advice to the CEO to align operational strategies with the overall business goal;
- Support discussion between departments to ensure they remain fully informed and are well placed to support
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the operational management and development of systems and networks;
- Evaluate the efficiency of business procedures and manage all related processes;
- Focus on shaping long-term operational strategies and aligning operations with business objectives;
Requirements
- Degree holder (at least 5 years of experience);
- Experience in leadership within a fast-paced environment.
- Self-initiative, Fast learner, Open-minded with excellent Personal Skills;
- Exceptional communication skills with all levels of staff, including C-level executives and senior management
- Experienced and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-stress, and constantly changing environment;
- Able to adapt to an energetic and open working environment;
- Eager and willing to grow together with the company;
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients;
- Business travel is required.
